We believe that well-prepared documents save a tonne of time and energy in dealing with them. Whether it is a draft contract, a local act of the company, a partnership agreement, etc. – the more thoughtfully the document is developed, the more effective it is in work.

We draft legal documents of different orientation and complexity, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation. We can also conduct a legal review of an existing document for legal errors or inaccuracies.

When drafting documents, the most important thing for us is a dialogue with our client, as the result of our work depends on it. We therefore make our best endeavors to understand our client’s personal or business needs and to ensure clarity of wording, compliance with legislation and safety for all parties.

The hourly rate for documentation preparation starts from 90 eur.
